About these terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site; you are always welcome to order by phone or visit us.
Orders
- Online orders are accepted every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (India time).
- An order is confirmed only after your payment succeeds and you see the confirmation screen / receive our message.
- We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or we suspect misuse. If we cancel after you have paid, you will be refunded in full.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are shown on the Menu page. The delivery charge, if any, is shown before you pay. No other charge is added at payment.
- Payment is online only (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) through Razorpay. We do not accept cash on delivery.
- We may change menu items and prices at any time; the price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.
Delivery
Delivery areas, charges and timing are explained in our Delivery Policy. Please give a complete and correct address and keep your phone reachable.

Food, allergies and Jain options
- Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame, onion and garlic. If you have a serious allergy, please call us before ordering.
- Jain items are prepared without onion and garlic. Please tell us about any other dietary need in the order notes or by phone.
- Photos are for illustration; real portions and presentation may vary slightly.
Franchise enquiries
Submitting the franchise form is only an enquiry. It does not create any franchise, partnership or promise of one. Any franchise is offered only through a separate written agreement.
Using the website
- Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, or place false orders.
- The text, logo and original photographs belong to Misal Hub. Some dish photographs are credited on the Photo credits page.
Liability
We take care to run the site and kitchen well, but the website is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
